Please note that minors aged 15 and younger may receive manicure and pedicure services only. A parent or guardian must be present and minors must remain fully-clothed at all times.

Minors aged 16-17 may receive facials and lip, chin, or eyebrow waxing services in addition to manicures and pedicures only if a Minor's Authorization & Release Form is completed and on file.

Please note that minors aged 15 and younger are not allowed to use the fitness facilities. 

Minors aged 16-17 may use the fitness facilities when chaperoned by a parent or legal guardian. If unaccompanied, a Minor's Authorization & Release Form signed by a parent or legal guardian must be produced.
