BOOTCAMP WITH REBECCA (COVEFIT)

A low-impact session focused on building upper body and core strength through controlled weight training. Ideal for those looking to improve strength and muscle tone in a focused, supportive environment.
Friday | 8:30AM
A high-intensity workout combining strength and cardio exercises. This session utilizes a variety of equipment including weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls to challenge your endurance, speed, and power in a dynamic format.
Pricing/Class:
- In-house Guests: $35++

Sessions commence with a min of 3 participants. T&Cs Apply. Registration Deadline: Participants must register by 9PM the night before the session. Low registrations by this time may result in class cancellation.
Experience Requirement: Participants must be 18 and above with prior experience using weights and no underlying medical conditions that could increase risk of injury.
No-Show Policy: Cancellations must be made by 9PM the night before. If not, the full class fee will be charged. This ensures commitment and allows space for others.
What to Bring: Please bring water and a towel.
