As required by local regulations, non-hotel guests receiving massage services must furnish their full name, valid identity card or passport details, nationality, and date and time of arrival upon registration at AWAY Spa.

WET Pool: Spa guests who book a treatment of 60 minutes or longer enjoy complimentary access to the WET Pool.
Spa Facilities: Spa guests enjoy complimentary access to the spa facilities, regardless of treatment duration.

Children Policy

Please note that minors aged 15 and younger may receive manicure and pedicure services only. A parent or guardian must be present and minors must remain fully-clothed at all times.

Minors aged 16-17 may receive facials and lip, chin, or eyebrow waxing services in addition to manicures and pedicures only if a Minor's Authorization & Release Form is completed and on file.
FIT (Gym) | Daily, 24 Hours

Guests 15 years and under are not permitted to use the FIT facilities. Guests 16-17 years old may use the FIT facilities only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and with a signed Minor's Authorization & Release Form.
